CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Japanese defendants named in a West Virginia welding rod complaint have filed a response supporting their motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, arguing that none of the plaintiffs' arguments against the motion sufficiently refute three sworn affidavits attesting to the lack of business conducted by the defendants in the state.
