PHILADELPHIA - A Philadelphia judge has denied a motion for summary judgment filed in a silica case by defendants who claimed that the plaintiff failed to file the claim within two years of learning that he suffered from silica-related lung injuries. Horst v. U.S. Silica Company, et al., No. PCCP No. 0111-3542 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).
