CLEVELAND -- Defendants in the welding rod products liability MDL have opposed a recent motion made by Louisiana plaintiffs for interlocutory appeal, arguing that the plaintiffs ignored the 'meat' of the Court's written decision not to remand the seven complaints. In re: Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
