Iowa Plaintiff Opposes Transfer of Welding Rod Lawsuit

ROCK ISLAND, Iowa -- An Iowa man who alleges his work for seven years as a welder caused neurological injury has opposed a pending transfer to the welding rod products liability MDL. Krapfl, et al. v. Praxair, et al., No. 04CV80044 (S.D. Iowa).

On July 12, plaintiffs Arnold and Mary Krapfl filed a motion opposing the transfer from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, where the action was originally filed.
