Judge Denies Philadelphia Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Defendants in a silica case pending in the MDL have been awarded partial summary judgment after arguing that several of the plaintiffs named in the case failed to provide any evidence in their claim that they have been diagnosed with silicosis.
