Court Adopts Summary Judgment Recommendation for Air Compressor Maker

PORT GIBSON, Miss. - Against the urging of plaintiffs, a state trial court judge has adopted a special master's recommendation to award summary judgment to an air compressor manufacturer that claimed it had no duty to warn sandblasters of risks associated with using its product with silica.
