SAN FRANCISCO - A group of London Market Insurers has filed an amicus brief in a San Francisco silica case, urging the court not to adopt certain procedures used to manage the county's asbestos docket, which they say has spiraled out of control as a result of the court's case management techniques. Arbuckle, et al. v. Abrasives, Inc., et al., No. CGC-03-427520 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).
