Insurers Urge Court Not to Adopt Asbestos Orders for California Silica Litigation

SAN FRANCISCO - A group of London Market Insurers has filed an amicus brief in a San Francisco silica case, urging the court not to adopt certain procedures used to manage the county's asbestos docket, which they say has spiraled out of control as a result of the court's case management techniques.
