SAN FRANCISCO -- Plaintiffs in a California welding rod complaint have amended their lawsuit to specify the approximate time in which the plaintiff learned of possible manganese dangers. King, et al. v. BOC Financial Corp, et al., No. 04-429012 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).
Filed May 20 in the San Francisco County Superior Court, the latest complaint states that the plaintiff learned from his labor union in September 2003 that welders might be exposed to manganese during welding and that some welders had developed neurological disorders as a result.
