ATLANTA - The manufacturer of a rock-crushing machine that was sued for allegedly causing a Georgia man's silica exposure has moved to dismiss the complaint, arguing that it has never done business in the state where the case is filed. Kirkland, et al. v. 3M Company, et al., No. 2004VS062230A (Ga. St. Ct., Fulton Cty.).
