ST LOUIS -- A Missouri Circuit Court Judge has denied a request by several defendants to participate in the autopsy of a plaintiff who died months before his welding rod lawsuit is scheduled to go to trial. Edwin, et al., v. Airco, et al., No. 012-10337/Div. 1 (Mo. Cir. Ct., City of St. Louis).

In an order signed July 7, a Missouri Circuit Court Judge for St. Louis City denied the defendants' motion to take part in the autopsy of plaintiff Andonio Edwin, who died on April 16. In doing so, the court also ordered Washington University School of Medicine, …
