Plaintiffs Say They're Prepared to Settle MDL Cases; No Deals Announced Yet

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Plaintiffs in the silica litigation recently said they are prepared to settle all cases pending in MDL No. 1553 for traditional values, stating that the estimated cost to litigate the claims would likely succeed $1.5 billion.
