ALAMEDA, Calif. -- Plaintiffs in a California welding lawsuit have opposed defendant Miller Electric's demurrer, arguing that contrary to the defendant's assertion, the allegedly defective products and the adverse outcome of exposure to those products was sufficiently outlined in the lawsuit. Janke, et al. v. BOC Group, et al., No. RG 04143283 (Calif. Sup. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
