Japanese Defendants Already Waived Right To Dismiss, Plaintiffs Claim

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Welding rod plaintiffs have opposed a motion to dismiss filed by Japanese Defendants that claim lack of personal jurisdiction, stating that the denial of an earlier motion filed by the same defendants prohibits the defendants from filing further motions to dismiss, on the same issue.
