CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Welding rod plaintiffs have opposed a motion to dismiss filed by Japanese Defendants that claim lack of personal jurisdiction, stating that the denial of an earlier motion filed by the same defendants prohibits the defendants from filing further motions to dismiss, on the same issue. Adames, et al., v. AGA Gas, Inc., et al., No. 5:04-CV-44 (N.D. W.Va.).
Filed May 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, the plaintiffs first ask the court to rule on the plaintiff's pending motion to remand before ruling on the Japanese defendants' motion to dismiss. …
