CLEVELAND -- Noting that defendants Stoody Company and Thermadyne Holding appear to have been deprived an opportunity to object to the transfer of six Minnesota lawsuits to the welding rod MDL, a federal judge has denied the objection, ruling that she does not have jurisdiction over the dispute. In re: Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
