WABASHA, Minn. - A Minnesota state court judge has denied a motion to reconsider his decision denying summary judgment to several sand suppliers who claimed the sophisticated user doctrine protected them from claims alleging silica-related injuries suffered by two foundry workers. Wieland, et al. v. AIMCOR, et al., No. C6-00-565 (Minn. Dist. Ct., Wabasha Cty.).
