PHILADELPHIA -- Pennsylvania class action plaintiffs have filed an opposition to Select-Arc's motion to dismiss -- the second such response filed in a month -- asserting that Select Arc may be held responsible for the alleged fraudulent acts committed by trade organizations because of their involvement in such groups. Davis, et al., v. Lincoln Electric Holding, Inc., et al., No. 04-CV-320-EL (E.D. Pa.).
