CAMDEN, N.J. - A federal judge in New Jersey has denied a motion to dismiss design defect and failure to warn claims filed by a former electrician who says he developed silicosis as a result of exposure to a silica-containing grinding wheel. Glowfeski v. Black and Decker, Inc., et al., No. 04-0538 (D. N.J.).
