BAY SPRINGS, Miss. - The special master overseeing a Mississippi silica case has recommended that summary judgment motions filed by a dust mask manufacturer and sand supplier be denied because the defendants failed to produce evidence supporting claims that the plaintiffs never identified their products. McBride v. Clark Sand Company, Inc., et al., No. 12-0144 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jasper Cty.).
