Judge Denies Motion to Stay Welding Rod Case, Will Hear Plaintiffs' Remand Motion




SAN FRANCISCO -- A federal judge has denied a defense motion to stay a recently removed welding rod case pending its transfer to the MDL, declining to rule on the motion until it decides whether the case is properly before the court.
