U.S. Silica Says Philadelphia Plaintiff's Silica Claim is Time-Barred

PHILADELPHIA - A defendant in the Philadelphia silica litigation has moved to dismiss the first of nearly 100 cases recently filed there, claiming that the plaintiff is barred by the statute of limitations from bringing a claim for silica related injuries.
