Case Involving 34-Year-Old Sandblaster with Acute Silicosis Settles Days Before Trial

BEAUMONT, Texas - A closely watched case involving a 34-year-old former sandblaster who was diagnosed with accelerated acute silicosis has settled, just days before it was scheduled to go to trial in Texas.
