Case Involving 34-Year-Old Sandblaster with Acute Silicosis Settles Days Before Trial

BEAUMONT, Texas - A closely watched case involving a 34-year-old former sandblaster who was diagnosed with accelerated acute silicosis has settled, just days before it was scheduled to go to trial in Texas. Davis v. Air Liquide America Corp., et al., No. B-0165976 (Texas Dist. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).
