Final Judgment Entered in 3M Verdict After Jurors Attest to 'Clerical' Error

BEAUMONT, Texas - An agreed order of judgment in a silica case that ended in a verdict for respirator manufacturer 3M Co. was entered recently after jurors signed affidavits indicating that a clerical error on the verdict sheet erroneously indicated that one of the defendant's respirators was marketed defectively. Gordon v. Aearo Company, et al., No. A-168382 (Texas Dist. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).
