Court Denies 3M Motion to Limit Disclosures, Preservation Records to 8710, 8500 Respirators

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Silica MDL Judge Janis Graham Jack has denied a 3M motion to narrow the scope of the court's recently enacted preservation of records order to require production of information pertaining only to the company's 8500 and 8710 respirator products.
