CLEVELAND - The Parkinson's Institute is opposing the Welding Fume MDL plaintiffs' motion seeking relief from a 2004 joint-stipulated protective order, arguing that Parkinson's disease data the plaintiffs seek to have published by their expert are not authorized for public view.
