31 New Welding Fume Claims Filed in California

LOS ANGELES - Four California law firms recently filed 31 new welding fume claims in seven California county superior courts.

Greene Broillet & Wheeler, Panish Shea and Boyle, The Law offices of Kirk Bernard and Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein filed the claims in Alameda, Fresno, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco and Solano Superior Courts on Feb. 15.

The plaintiffs are suing Allegheny Technologies Inc., Avesta Polarit Inc., BOC Financial Corp., The BOC Group Inc., Caterpillar Inc., The ESAB Group Inc., General Electric Co., Haynes International Inc., Hobart Brothers Co., Illinois Tool Works Inc., The Lincoln Electric Co., …
