CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - The federal MDL judge has remanded the claims of a Mississippi sandblaster who sued 24 defendants in a silica personal injury suit. West v. 3M Co., et al., No. 06-002 (S.D. Texas).
Judge Janis Graham Jack remanded the case after determining that there was insufficient evidence presented on behalf of the removing defendant to indicate that the notice of removal had been joined by defendants within 30 days of service of process on the first-served defendant.
