HOUSTON - The former president and one-time sole shareholder of the now-dissolved Pulmosan Safety Equipment Corp. has moved for a protective order to further limit the manner in which his upcoming deposition may be conducted. In Re: Texas State Silica Products Liability Litigation, No. 2004-70000 (Texas Dist. Ct., Harris Cty.).

Howard Weiss filed the motion Feb. 10 in Harris County District Court, claiming that because of his poor health, he should be permitted to reply to any questions asked as part of the scheduled deposition with written answers.
