INDIANAPOLIS - Parties in the Indiana state silica litigation will take about a month longer than expected to submit a proposed case management order, according to a notice filed in Marion County Superior Court. In re: Marion County Mass Tort Litigation, No. 49D02-9501-MI-1 (Ind. Super. Ct., Marion Cty., Div. 2).
The Jan. 23 filing indicates that after conferring with the Special Master overseeing the more than four dozen silica cases now pending in Marion County, the parties have agreed to extend the submission date for their proposed CMOs to Feb. 24.
