JACKSON, Miss. - Defendants in a Mississippi silica case have renewed their request for production of documents from a plaintiffs' medical expert, accusing the doctor of giving incorrect testimony about the information he has provided defense counsel so far. Fairley v. Pulmosan Safety Equipment Co., et al., No. CI-2004-001-SI (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
