MDL Judge Denies Motion to Sanction Plaintiffs' Counsel

CLEVELAND -- The judge overseeing the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL issued a ruling from the bench denying a defense motion to sanction plaintiffs' counsel for allegedly filing claims they said are based on fabricated diagnoses.
