CLEVELAND -- The judge overseeing the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL issued a ruling from the bench denying a defense motion to sanction plaintiffs' counsel for allegedly filing claims they said are based on fabricated diagnoses. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
