Plaintiffs: Only a Good Faith Basis Claim is Needed to Allege Injury

CLEVELAND - The Welding Fume MDL plaintiffs have opposed a defense motion to require plaintiffs to produce certification by a non-MDL physician that they have a neurological disorder, arguing that only a good faith basis claim is needed to allege injury.
