CLEVELAND -- An expert witness involved in the welding fume litigation has opposed a motion to compel his deposition, calling it the defendants' 'fourth bite at the apple.' In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
Brad A. Racette, M.D., filed the opposition to the motion to compel on Feb. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
