MDL Special Master Schedules Hearing on Parkinson's Institute Subpoena

CLEVELAND - The Special Master in the Welding Fume MDL recently issued a scheduling order regarding the Parkinson's Institute's pending motion to quash a subpoena from plaintiffs regarding production of data from a study conducted at the Institute. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation. Case No. 1:03-cv-17000. MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
