CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Defendant Vulcan Materials Company has filed a motion in the silica MDL asking the court to reconsider its recent order requiring defendants to produce photographs of their silica-related products and the containers in which they were distributed. In re: Silica Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1553 (S.D. Texas).
