Silica Defendant Says it Shouldn't be Required to Provide Photos of Product

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Defendant Vulcan Materials Company has filed a motion in the silica MDL asking the court to reconsider its recent order requiring defendants to produce photographs of their silica-related products and the containers in which they were distributed.
