James Antonini, Ph.D., has worked as a lung toxicologist for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health since 1997. In last month's Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health A, James published the article "Pulmonary Responses to Welding Fumes: A Role of Metal Constituents", which reviews the respiratory illnesses welders experience and the role that different metals play in welding fume exposure. James received his B.S. in Pharmacy from West Virginia University in 1987, his Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from West Virginia University in 1993 and was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston …
