WICHITA FALLS, Texas - The family of a man who committed suicide after learning that he had glandular cancer allegedly caused by exposure to silica have moved for a continuance, claiming they need more time to conduct discovery on a defendant that recently moved for summary judgment. Kelley, et al. v. Delphi Automotive Systems, et al., No. 03-189 (N.D. Texas).
