CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Plaintiffs in the silica products liability MDL have responded to a motion to dismiss Specialty Sand Company for lack of personal jurisdiction by arguing that it has been firmly established that the company's products were in Mississippi and caused the plaintiffs' alleged injuries.
