MDL Judge Removes Stay on Welding Rod Remand Order

CLEVELAND -- The judge overseeing the welding rod products liability MDL has lifted a stay on a remand order she entered last year, effectively remanding 11 cases to state court in Mississippi, HarrisMartin Publishing is reporting.
