Judge Stays Remand Order in Welding Rods Products Liability MDL

CLEVELAND -- The judge overseeing the welding rods products liability MDL has stayed an order she entered in late December that remanded a case to state court for the defendants' failure to timely remove the claim on grounds that it was subject to federal defenses.
