Welding Rod Lawsuit Filed in California Superior Court

SAN FRANCISCO -- A California welding rod complaint alleges that defendants not only concealed health dangers associated with exposure of manganese emitted from welding rods, but intentionally omitted information on the products' material safety data sheets. King, et al. v. BOC Financial Corp, et al., No. 04-429012 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).
