Welding Rod MDL Defendant Asserts Successor Non-Liability in Dismissal Motion

CLEVELAND -- A company that is named as a defendant in the welding rod litigation as a result of it acquisition of a small welding rod distributor has filed a motion in the MDL arguing that it should be dismissed from all remaining cases under Ohio's successor non-liability law.
