Conspiracy, Negligence and Product Liability Claims Can't Be Asserted Against Consumer Defendants, Motion States

CLEVELAND -- Two consumer defendants in the welding rod products liability MDL have filed a motion to dismiss claims of negligence, conspiracy and product liability filed against them based on their status as consumer defendants and not buyers or sellers of the allegedly defective products that plaintiffs say caused their injuries.
