Orders Issued in Appeal of Decision Denying Severance in Miss. Silica Cases

JACKSON, Miss. - The Mississippi Supreme Court has entered several orders in two pending silica cases where the high court is being asked to determine whether the underlying multi-party claims may be joined in a single suit. 3M Company, et al. v.
