CLEVELAND — A federal judge has granted a joint motion for a protective order in a dispute over coverage for welding fume defense and indemnification costs facing welding supplier Lincoln Electric Co. Lincoln Electric Co. v. Travelers Casualty and Surety Co., et al., No. 1:11-cv-2253 (N.D. Ohio).
Judge Donald C. Nugent of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio signed the order May 25, allowing Lincoln Electric Company, Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. to designate information as confidential or proprietary and limiting disclosures to the litigation.
