MDL Judge Defines 'Silica-Related Products,' Sets Disclosure Guidelines

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - An order has been entered by the judge overseeing the silica MDL that defines the term 'silica-related products' and sets guidelines for the parties' initial disclosures after both sides were unable to reach an agreement on either matter.
