Miss. Defendants Seek Order Requiring Plaintiffs to Explain Dismissals

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Defendants in a Mississippi silica case that was removed to federal court, but never transferred to the MDL, have asked a federal judge to order plaintiffs to explain why they've filed a motion to dismiss more than half the claimants named in the suit.
