Wisconsin Supreme Court to Review Foundry Worker's Strict Liability Claim




MADISON, Wis. - The Wisconsin Supreme Court has agreed to hear the appeal of a recent decision that affirmed dismissal of a strict products liability claim filed by a former foundry worker against a company that supplied sand to his employer. Haase v. Badger Mining Corp., No. 02-1681 (Wis. Sup. Ct.).
