Power Plant Workers Failed to Show Amorphous Silica Exposure Caused Injury




SAN ANTONIO, Texas - A Texas appeals court has affirmed a trial court ruling that dismissed allegations by several workers who claimed they suffered from silicosis but failed to show that the type of silica to which they were exposed could have caused their alleged disease.
