TYLER, Texas - A Texas appeals court has upheld an entry of sanctions against a silica defendant and its law firm for withholding a memorandum pertaining to a product's warning label after the trial court had ordered production of similar documents. The Hill and Griffith Company, et al. v. Lloyd Bryant, No. 12-0300091-CV, 12-03-00092-CV (Texas Ct. App., Twelfth Dist.).
