Court Affirms Expense, Community Service Sanctions for Withholding Silica Warning Memo

TYLER, Texas - A Texas appeals court has upheld an entry of sanctions against a silica defendant and its law firm for withholding a memorandum pertaining to a product's warning label after the trial court had ordered production of similar documents.
