MDL Court Denies Motion to Remand Silica Cases

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - The judge overseeing the silica products liability MDL has denied without prejudice a motion to remand the cases, effectively determining that she has jurisdiction over the approximately 66 Mississippi silica lawsuits now pending in U.S. District Court in Texas, sources told HarrisMartin Publishing.
